Kimberly focuses on utilizing yoga to manage the relationship you have with yourself. It is for anyone who wants to develop a deeper and more grounded connection with the functionality of their body, intellect and emotions.

Why do we practice yoga?

To experience freedom from attachments and desires. In other words, to feel comfortable and confident in your own skin without having to define your worth by titles, status and labels; to live a positive, practical, productive, and authentic life.

What is Yoga?

One could say yoga is a systematic practice for the development of a human being's greatest potential — Self Realization.

There is no single definition of yoga. Yoga can be defined as a science, philosophy, physical and spiritual practice.

How do I know what level I am?

Level shmevel. Kimberly doesn't focus on levels because we are trying to detach from the labels, status and titles that keep us held back and confined to a little box or our comfort zone. She will be able to deliver a safe class, fulfilling the needs of a first time practitioner to a Yoga Teacher. We focus on each person's individual needs.
