Everyone and every body! 

I teach you to utilize yoga to manage the relationship you have with yourself on all levels—physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.

Who do you teach?

Classes are customized for individuals, couples, corporations, conferences, parties, retreats, charity events, recovery houses and more.

Why do we practice yoga?

There are many reasons, however, my number reason I was drawn to it was because it was the first practice to keep my attention with a purposeful meaning to teach me how to pull my head out of my ass and redirect it to living more peacefully in my skin.

What is Yoga?

There is no single definition of yoga. Yoga can be defined as a science, philosophy, physical and spiritual practices.

How do I know what level I am?

Level shmevel. I don't focus on levels because we are trying to detach from the labels, status and titles that keep us stifled and confined to a little box otherwise known as our comfort zone. Magic happens just outside that comfort zone.
