Who is yoga for?
Everyone and every body!
I focus on utilizing yoga to manage the relationship I have with myself and with you...and you have with yourself and me. In other words, it is for anyone who wants to develop a deeper and more grounded connection with the functionality of their body, intellect and emotions.
Who do you teach?
Classes are customized for individuals, couples, corporations, conferences, parties, retreats, charity events, recovery houses and more.

Why do we practice yoga?
There are many different reasons, however, two of my greatest reasons are 1. to pull my head outta my ass. 2. define all that goes into pulling heads out of asses. 3. be more functional in my body.
What is Yoga?
There is no single definition of yoga. Yoga can be defined as a science, philosophy, physical and spiritual practice.

How do I know what level I am?
Level shmevel. I don't focus on levels because we are trying to detach from the labels, status and titles that keep us held back and confined to a little box or our comfort zone. I will be able to deliver a safe class, fulfilling the needs of a first time practitioner to a Yoga Teacher. I focus on your needs.
