Sarah enjoys and thrives in helping individuals find what yoga means to them. Whether you're looking for a higher connection, time out of your day to reconnect and look inward, or working on having more flexibility and learning how your body moves, Sarah’s upbeat energy and positive attitude will design a class tailored to support you and your needs.


Sarah is a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr RYT through Electric Soul Yoga. She has been working one on one with clients in their homes and studio locations. She is also a certified SHIFT instructor, teaching group fitness classes at SHIFT by Dana Perri in Sherman Oaks.

When Sarah isn’t teaching yoga and group fitness classes, she is representing Arbonne International. She takes the time to revitalize herself by slipping into a yoga class, hiking her favorite trails, and planning charitable events.
